I buck too (and wheel align)

Wow that leonid meteor shower was fun! Sounds like you guys down there in
the northern hemisphere got the best view.
Anyway my 1990 200tqa has started to buck quite roughly at full boost (1.5
on the dash gauge). Now I would naturally assume that it is the wastegate
operating but the car hasn't displayed this trait before. Suggestions???
Also My front tyres are chewing out right on the very inside edge a line no
more than 2cm wide. Toe out??? Or is there another suggestion out there in
cyberville before I rush off to the wheel alignment shop.
Lastly on my sports konis they describe adjusting them in terms of half or
full turn increments, but is this in fact continuous adjustment so quarter
turns are fine? How about screwing them in all the way, or should I back
them off a little?
