I find it somewhat tough to believe that one firm would have all this
vehicle-specific knowledge to engineer the perfect ECU for every car. Maybe
there's a basic set of algorhythms which equates to a 'seat-of-the-pants'
improvement in most cars, but I don't believe they know the intricacies of
every single ECU so they can remap it to make it better than OE.
They might be very good at supplying reconditioned ECUs- that I have no
trouble believing. They might also do this at better prices than the
dealerships- looking through ETKA's prices this isn't hard to believe either.
