200TQ Hydraulic pump chirp/squeal

That didn't seem to be the case.  Seems like some of
the babbit? material wears off the face of the
bushing, increasing tolerances.  Maybe too much
tension on the belt?  I don't know how much pressure
forces fluid through the groove.  It's very similar to
the oil groove on main bearings of the crank.  If the
pressure was high enough, the shaft would "float" on
the fluid regardless of the belt tension.  Pento. is
fairly low viscosity, so I'm sure this doesn't help
either.
