All of it hinges on whether or not he mis-stated any facts in his
post. If they're true, he's fine, and they will loose. If they're
exagerated, or just plain wrong, he'll find himself in some very hot
water.
As a founding father once said(paraphrasing slightly, and I'm sorry,
I don't recall which one said it):
"The right to swing my fist ends at your nose."
While probably frivelous, I imagine the ACLU might take interest and
help with legal costs, which would screw the dealership on both a
legal and PR front. They're probably hoping the kid and the website
will just go "oh, all right, FINE, we'll take it down..."
