To keep noise down, there is no reply-to address sent, so email will
by default go back to the person who posted(as many feel it should;
it encourages you to think about whether or not you really need to CC
the mailing list, or just send a response/comment privately.) If you
use your email clients' "reply to all" feature, I believe you will
accomplish what you want. Pine and other unix emailers usually ask
you this question when you hit r for reply; Mac Eudora does a
reply-to-all when you hold down option along with apple-R. It's
become almost automatic for me...my thumb moves over to hit both.
