This is based on previous NA experiences, but I
believe the only problems come from "valve float".
Based on how aggresive your cam ramps are, the state
of the valve springs, and mainly how high you rev the
engine. The valves briefly leave contact with the
followers or rocker arms and CAN touch the tops of the
pistons. If you don't plan on exceeding the springs
capability to keep the valve stem tips in contact with
the followers, then the clearances can be very
minimal.
