Philadelphia/Trenton Area mechanic needed ASAP!

Taka, or anyone in the PA/NJ area,

Do you know of any good shops up near the Washington Crossing, PA area? My
brother in law is broken down in his '89 200TQW. Some sort of starter problem
that is intermittent. Can you recommend anyone up that way or even a decent
dealer who might be able to diagnose?
