weak gearbox synchros

Anyone know of any additives that can aid weak sychros in an 016 box? I
must wait and wait for the revs to die down before I can upshift in my
'89 200Q, even if I double clutch. Gets worse as the gearbox warms up. I
have Redline MT-90 in the gearbox now, which has helped some, it had
Mobil 1 before. Baring that, anyone know of any good new or used
gearboxes?
