Raising fuel pressure on a CIS car isn't going to make any
difference unless something is wrong.

CIS works on pressure differences inside the metering head as well
as control pressure which has a separate regulator.

The only thing that I've seen shimming the system pressure regulator fix was
a failure to hold pressure on shutdown on an UrQ.
