'90 100 air bag recall..light is now on

Could be the clock spring, or they did something stupid and fired up the
ignition before making all airbag electrical connections. If the latter,
can be reset using the VAG 1551, if the former, there is a test for clock
spring continuity in the Bentley, it's pretty simple if you have a VOM
and a #10 Torx tool to remove the airbag from the wheel. Just DO NOT turn
on the ignition when you have the airbag disconnected.
