Arm rest for early sport seats

Well, gosh, I didn't say it was a great design. ;-) I've
been so focused on why I can't install an arm rest,
I didn't think about there being a small downside
to being successful. But anyway, if you compare
the parts diagrams and p/ns for the two parking
brake handle layouts, 5kcs vs. later USA 200, I think
you'll agree they actually are different critters. I think
Audi had do some minor trick to get the newer style
handle to lie down so close to the driveshaft tunnel.
