This "replace the turbo" scenario is putting the cart before the horse.
The afterrun pump takes MAYBE 15 minutes to change, and about the only
thing you might have to change while you're there is a hose or two.  Ever
change a turbo??  10+ year old VERY expensive feed lines and rusty nuts,
and bolts.

If you're going to compare oranges to oranges, post a Dealer Invoice for
changing the turbo on this same car model you cited below, $300 in
multicolored money might cover the nuts and bolts replaced.
