Won't tell you much other than your oxygen sensor is working.
They are all just volt meters that read the stock O2 sensor.
A stock O2 sensor is very narrow range - about all you can
tell is above or below stoich. You need to go to very expensive
sensors to get the range those meters show!
There is a DIY project going on on the diy_efi list (www.diy-efi.org)
which uses a very specific Honda sensor and truly can display
such a range - but the usage restrictions are rather onerous.
