Unplug the hose from the bottom(including any anti-check valves etc)
and nail the sucker with a hose, from windshield forward+down, up
close and personal.

Note that using a wire etc isn't the best idea on heated
jets(100/200s etc); the shop+owner's manual specifically warn against
it.
