V6 / I5 -which models?

Zsolt,

    The 20v was being used in 1990. I should know, mine is a 1990 90 Quattro
20 valve (you should see the look on the part store clerk's face when he
hears all that).  There is a great site at http://www.urs4.com which will
tell you all about the I5 S4/S6.  They were also used in the 200 Turbo
Quattro Wagon.  There is also the awesome S2 (Europe only model) which was
basically a 90 with a 20 valve turbo engine.  There are most likely some more
that I am missing but sure others will take up the slack.
