URGENT: need a spec for valve springs

I just called Techtonics.  Tech person, Collin (I hope this is correct spelling) said
that this spec in not available anywhere. What he did is he measured brand new
springs and came up with this spec:

free length: 1.608'' outer,  1.350'' inner

compressed (separated):
                        outer   46 lb @ 1.242''
                        inner   20 lb @ 1.090''

compressed (assembled):   63 lb when outer 1.608'' and inner 1.090''.

If you have different spec please let me know.
