Searching for type 44 q gas tank

That would be incorrect...

You need a QUATTRO type 44 tank...  As do I... There is a tank repair
company on the web, do a google search and you should find it.  They can
repair any tank they say.  Cost between 150-300$ when I talked to them.

Hello folks. Mine is beyond repair. If you have, or know of someone
who has one sittin' around collecting dust, please contact me. Keep in
mind it would have to be shipped to Nova Scotia. There are none here
in the Maritimes. Seems no one goes to the trouble of removing them.
Who would blame them. I believe all the big type 44's use the same
tank.
