Headlight Washer & Mirrors

Thanks to all who responded. It seems my headlight washers might be stuck
closed or something. I'll have to get someone to help me by working the
sprayer switch while I watch the sprayers. There is some evidence of them
spraying a little fluid, but nothing like what you would normally expect.
Any advice on fixing them?

No responses yet on the mirror temp. issue.
