Cam questions on turbo and N/A

As you are puzzling about the Turbo vs NA cams both giving more power, you
can think about this too:

If you advance the cam one tooth from stock, you get more power.
If you retard the cam one tooth from stock, you get more power.

Of course, the difference here is that one improves the low end, while the
other improves the high end.

I am sure every cam has its sweet spot.
