If you're referring to US-style early type-81 quad lights with the
chrome bezel...

Yes, it would fit the 85-87 4K nose but without a grill change there
will be an unsightly gap between the early style light bezel and the
grill.  With a grill change there will be an even uglier gap too,
between the center grill and the bumper.

If you must go to a quad light setup, you can use the US-spec
1984-85 urQuattro light bezels, which has the proper slope and
contour to match the 85-87 4K series grill.  These would be hard
to find used, and probably expensive through the dealer.

The best solution, functionally and aesthetically, is to switch
to the appropriate H4/H1 Euros.  Expensive there too...
