Eyvind,
here is the content of the mail I posted a while ago. Hope it will help.
Good luck.

200/100 89 91 dash removal procedure
- remove dash side panels
- remove under dash panel on the driver side (some cars have storage shelf in it)
- remove gloves box (there are 2 types of boxes: drop off and slide out. The later one has trick: 2 screws on top of the box which are accessed through wholes are not needed to be removed. Just slacken them enough and remove box moving it towards the passenger door and then toward the rear)
- remove steering wheel switches top cover (2 screws underneath of switch lower cover)
- remove screws holding central panel to be able to move a little toward the back
- now you should have all wooden trim fastening exposed (allen screws). Remove wooden trim. Be careful because it is fragile. Two or one screw behind steering wheel switches is hard to remove unless you have better tools then I have or you remove steering wheel and pooled switches back. So, I removed steering wheel.
- Now you have all allen screws holding dash accessible. 2 screws are on both sides, several on the front panel, one screw under each speaker grill (pry it with thin screwdriver), one s crew under windshield defroster grill. You dont have to remove defroster grill. Actually, I am not sure it's removable. Use a mirror to locate the screw (on the middle) and to aim the wrench. Thats all. Slide the dash out. Total 1 hour of labor for first time.
You might need star shaped wrench if you remove steering wheel equipped with an air bag.
