Injector Insert Help???

In my experience they don't break when you're getting them out, but they
quite often round out.

The difference between the plastic and two-part seats is that the latter are
intended for air-shrouded injectors.

It's an awkward job - I made up a tool by cutting down and Allen key and
cementing it in  a socket - I've never had to take an inlet manifold off to
do it.

I now routinely wind out the two-part ones whenever I see then - splits in
the end of the plastic (Paxolin?) are very common if the monkey lads have
been at the injectors.
