My car is still getting a 2413 error code every now and then... HELP!!!! UPDATE, but still no fix!

Ooo..sudden thought.  Check the "plumbing" to the fuel pressure 
regulator...maybe even replace the vacuum line.

My guess is that there's a leak or it's popped off, so the FPR is 
keeping fuel pressure higher than it should be(ie, for atmospheric 
pressure in the manifold) instead of low for idle/low loads.  It's 
possible that the ECU's idle adaptation adjusted enough after a bit, 
so that the car is fine at idle and doesn't throw the code.  I'm 
assuming that when you pulled the car into the garage, you didn't get 
any boost :-)

It a little bit of a long shot, but I can't think of anything else 
that would cause rich running, except maybe a malfunctioning MAF 
sensor, that might fool the ECU into thinking there was a lot more 
air coming in than there actually was...but that doesn't seem very 
likely...
