You're not serious, are you?
High beams are NOT intended for use with oncoming traffic, they're for use
when you're all alone on a dark road. Adjust the low beams so that they're
OK, go to a REALLY dark back road and switch the high beams on. You'll be
amazed. They're not DOT lights where you can run with the high beam on all
the time because the light output is negligible anyway.
