euro lights, flat vs slanted for 4kq

I have been in contact with another lister who is selling some used
"early style" H4/H1 Cibie headlamps for a type 85 body style (4k). Does
anyone have experience with the difference between the flat and angled
style of the light. I believe the guy when he says they will fit, I just
would like to see if anyone else has an opinion on the matter.
