air intake boot source? CC frequency valve

thanks for info. I assume the price is for the boot.
Yes, one is carbon canister  FV and another one is carbon canister shut
off valve. The former one is bad. As far as I can see there is no
problems. But who knows... I'd like to understand when it works and what
it affects if goes bad.
