Bomb repair/recharge

Greetings,
Does anyone have a name/phone number for the person that was doing the Bomb 
repair/ recharge? I've got too many 5KTQs on the road (2) to afford new...
I came up with the name of Russ Southerlin with an email address of
a911sc at yahoo.com which has gone unanswered this past week. COuld anyone 
verify if this info is correct?
