1)  The car is still not starting right - sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it starts and runs for a while and then dies.  I know it has spark, but no fuel.  I have checked all the normal places;  fuel pump, fuel filter, relay, etc.  I am going to start going down the list of CIS troubleshooting in Bentley.  If anyone has any suggestions I'd appreciate it because most of the tests require "special" tools and unfortunately I am not a multi billionaire who can afford them all.

2)  There is a pipe that comes up between the intake boot and intake plentim (right next to the words TURBO on the intake).  It is a steel line that make a bend towards the front of the car.  I think it comes from the turbo because it seems to have boost pressure coming out of it.  Right now it is capped off and I was just wondering where it is supposed to connect to.

3)  When I try to get the fault codes to come up by turning  the car over for 5 seconds and then putting the fuse in the F.P. relay for 4 seconds nothing happens.  I leave the ignition on while I do this.  Any ideas?
 
 
The car had been sitting for 3 years and am wondering if there is something that could be affected by that?  I am leaving my phone # below in case someone has some info but doesn't feel like typing it all.  Needless to say I am getting desperate.
