Hey Phil do you know the history of this car or anything? It obviously must
have been screwed around with sometime in its life, I can't see that anybody
could sell cars that only idle, especially cars that look so goofy :) And I
can't imagine how someone could manage to screw up the CIS so bad that the
it is working backwards (I've seen some bad "repairs" but I think this may
top them all) Any more info on this particular car would be cool.
