4KQ Heater Core...WOW what a headache!

Well gang,

I have the lower dash completely dis-assembled and the core is out of
the car.  Only took about 2 1/2 hours (especially due to the fact that
one of the spring clips that hold the heater lever control cables to the
assembly went flying OUT OF THE SUNROOF).  This must be one of the most
painful procedures that I have ever done- second only to replacing the
air filter.

I am saving the assembly for next weekend- I can't wait.
