Cold Start Problem

Well I have a cold start problem on my 90q20v. Today it was the coldest
it's been since I've owned the car, 35 this morn. I went to crank and it
was a bit slower than usual and took 4-5 cranks to start up. Once started
the engine ran fine, little rough, but that expected at these temps. I have
no stored codes, though when I run output test I find the injectors will not
click on and off in sequence, resistance is good on all the injectors. New
airboot and crankvent hoses, doesn't seem to be any air leaks anywhere.
Though for some odd reason I can't get heat through the main center vent,
could this be a vacuum problem?

Car idles well at 850rpm, though it will sit at 1k rpm when I stop at a
light, then slowly drop to 850rpm, takes about 15 seconds, does not idle
roughly. I am replacing the distributor, cap, and rotor soon. Anyone have
some hints? Does the MFTS control a cold start function in the 20v?
Bentley isn't particularly helpful.

Thanks!
