80 heater blower problems

my 89 80 just decided this morning 1st and 2nd "gear"
doesnt work but 3rd and 4th does ?? prob. the
resistor, right ?? on my porsche it just allowed high
speed and that was it. so that is why im questioning
it. so where is it, and about how much are they, and
does anyone have one cheap ??
