URQ (5cyl.) motor mounts

Lately my 83 URQ has started to "feel strange". I was feeling a vibration 
that I couldn't isolate.
After crawling all around underneath it tonight I found a flat passenger side 
motor mount, allowing the pan to rest on the subframe.
This mount is only about 8 weeks old!
Are there differing qualities of mounts as there are water pumps?
Any sources for high quality units?
