Need some legal advice

NAC - re.an out of state traffic ticket..

Is there anyone on the list that can provide me some advice on how to deal
with an infraction(speeding ticket) received in North Carolina by an out of
state motorist. Or perhaps help  secure a  "quickie" lawyer in NC to
represent that person.
