4KQ Rear Foglight

[VW FREAK]

I let a friend drive my 4KQ last night, and I noticed 1) it has a rear fog
light in the decklid lens, driver side and 2) it is on. is there a switch
for this? how do I turn it on/off? this may sound like a dumb question, but
to my knowledge there is no switch as the car does not have front fog
lights.
