Coupe lights (Was audi cab wheels)

The car in this picture appears to have separate indicators (like a UK 80). 
My '89 Coupe has a one-piece wrap-around headlight (which is expensive to replace),
can the 80 parts be fitted to Coupe's or are the wings different in this area?
