Cold Temp Switch?????

Just for information, in the old times, when a coolant temp gauge
was not fitted to the instrument cluster, some models had a 'cold
coolant' idiot light (blue/green) in the dash. Lit up on cold days
and went out when engine reached at about 30degC.

Perhaps you got a temp-switch for that feature...:)

[Had a '79 80 with that thing. One day both, "too hot!" and "too
cold!", iditot lights lit up simultaneously...whoa! (fried voltage
regulator) ...]
