I can't be sure that this is what happened - people often ask for stuff and
I just say yes.

The issue here is that updates have been missed in a potentially
safety-critical sphere.  The link even points to the obsolete site - I
announced three separate times that the Freeserve site was closing and it's
only still there by the grace of God and the stupid, stupid, ignorant,
brain-dead, incompetent board of directors of Freeserve.
