Windows non operational on 86 5kcstq

I have a 86 5kcstq that I brought back from the dead recently, it had not been
driven since July 97 after the motor was severely overheated.  I replaced the
motor after buying this car last month, and everything seems to work fine except
the windows and sunroof which do not work at all.  The fuses are fine, but there
seems to be a relay missing under the dash, number #14 I believe?  Could someone
give me the part number off of that relay?  Also, if anyone thinks the problem
is something else other than the missing relay, please respond directly as I am
on the digest.
