lightweight flywheel swap Questions???

Looking through European Car I see Autotech offering lightweight Steel Billet 
flywheels for G60, VR6, and 1.8T engines all 228mm.  Does anyone know if one 
of these will bolt up to a 5 banger??     

If one of these wheels did just bolt on it sounds like it would be a nice 
upgrade. I am not reallly concerned with losing the factory level of engine 
smoothness in my car and I would gladly trade a bit smoothness for quicker 
revving and acceleration.
