It could be an unbaffled pan, but the pressure senders on the CGTs are a weak
point. Of the 2 cars I've had, both would give phantom oil light glowing and
alarms. The senders are dual stage (hi & low pressure), giving warnings above
& below ~ 2100 RPM. I've replaced the senders with boneyard units and it
changed the problem but did not eliminate it.
