Type 44 window frame adjustment

Aha, Pg 57.8 in Bentley for '89-'91.  Screws and shims adjust inner door 
panel at top of window frame.  It's in the FRONT DOOR section, so I presume 
it's not mentioned in the Rear Door section because you have to go past the 
front door section to get to the rear door section.
