Rear metal brake lines needed, 5ktqcs

I discovered that my cv joint shafts have crushed/ground down my rear metal
brake lines.  I am needing the brake lines that are directly above the cv
joints that run along the frame rail.  Can any one provide me with
replacement pieces off their parts car?
Car= 1986 5ktqcs.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Because of this, I am now stuck driving my Samurai (I had a golf cart pass
me, lol).
