type 44 no blow

Looks like a bad programmer, but here's the history:

*New programmer about a year ago (rebuilt that is)
*Spankin' new blower motor & heater coil last week
Cool air only out of defog vents.  FUDGE! w/ a 'ck' at the end!  Before my 
wrench did this work last week, everything worked ok, though blower motor 
was intermittent and needed replacement.  Could he have accidently twerked 
something? It's a suspicious coincedence...

If it is the programmer, anyone know of a good source for a new/rebuilt one? 
Can I get one at my local Cadillac dealer?
