90/4k electrical problem..

I'm thinking nasty shorts in the fusebox. None of those items are
switched grounds, and it's hard to see how any of them would "return"
through each others hot leads if the grounds were bad. But no harm in
looking - they should be near the hood release cable behind the
driver's side underdash cover.
try unplugging the headlights and turning them on to see if the problem
persists. if it does, it's not the grounds. it's worse... but fusebox
swaps aren't that difficult to do, if necessary.
