AFAIK, Cingular is TDMA on the East Coast...but I've heard they're GSM on
the West Coast. The only nationwide GSM provider is Voicestream, but there
are other "regional" GSM providers...
Verizon and Sprint are CDMA, AT&T is TDMA.
