[200q20v] Recommendations for replacement turbo in a 91 200TQA

Somebody posted last spring about getting a quote for rebuilding a turbo 
for $350 that supposedly included all new innards for the turbo.  His 
e-mail address in the posting was mbenno at yahoo.com.  You might check with 
him regarding who provided the quote.
