turbo: to rebuild or not to rebuild?

Never spun a k24.  My car runs like this: 1st=9psi,
2nd=13psi, 3rd 4th & 5th=16-20 psi. depending on what
mood my intercooler is in.  The increased boost
pressure definatly makes a difference, but the stock
IC has a very hard time keeping it cool unless its wet
and cold outside, then the fun really begins.  Even
with quattro, it's hard to keep the wheels from
spinning when you hit second gear at WOT:)
