A4 Rear Brake Rotors

Sorry.....  Neglected to include a subject on the original email....  :(

Has anyone had any experience replacing the rear brake rotors on a '97 A4 Quattro?  Before I start banging on the rotor to get it off, I want to make sure nothing is holding it on.  Any suggestions would be helpful.
