Injector Tip Fell Off - HELP!

Steve,

I pulled the tip off an injector once when I:
a: installed the injector using the wrong procedure and broke the phenolic
housing
b: pulled the infector out using the wrong procedure and scraped the tip
off.

I tried many methods, all unsuccessful for retrieving said tip. I finally
bit the bullet and removed the intake manifold (relatively easy after you
remove the headlight). Sure enough, the tip came tumbling out when I shook
the manifold.

the tip cannot fall into the manifold if the phenolic housing is intact.
